Introduction to Inventory Stock

In this article

Track every item across all your locations in real time — know exactly what you have, where it is, and when to restock.

What Is Inventory Stock?

Now that your locations are set up, it's time to put them to work. Stock Management lets you see exactly what you have, where it is, and how much is left — all in one place.

Think of Locations as the "where" and Stock as the "what." Before, you could set up your storage sites and production centers. Now, you can actually track the items inside them.

Note: This feature is for retail products only.

Retail products are physical items you sell or use alongside your services — for example, detergent, leather conditioner, dust bags, or rain covers. These are different from service items (like "Dry Cleaning" or "Deep Cleaning"), which are the services you provide to customers. To set up your retail products, see [Adding Your Retail Products].

Accessing Inventory

To get started, go to Logistic → Inventory from the top menu on your 3.0 console.

What You'll See in the Stock Tab:

When you open the Stock tab, you'll find a clear overview of all your products. Each row shows:

  • Product Name — The name of your retail product
  • Total Stock — The total quantity across all locations
  • By Location — A breakdown of how that stock is spread across your different sites
  • Actions — Quick buttons to stock in or stock out

You'll also notice warning indicators that flag items running low, so you know when it's time to restock.

What Can You Do With Inventory?

Here's a quick overview of what you can manage from the Inventory page:

  • Stock In — Add new stock when supplies arrive (e.g., a fresh delivery of detergent or laundry bags)
  • Stock Out — Remove stock when items are used up, damaged, or removed for any reason
  • View Stock History — See the full movement history of each product, including all stock ins, stock outs, and transfers
  • Filter by Location — View stock for a specific location at a time
  • Transfer Stock — Move stock between locations (e.g., from your warehouse to a retail store)

Each stock entry is tied to a specific location. This means you'll always know not just how much you have, but exactly where it is.
