Assignment Rules

Assignment Rules are the last setup step in Scheduling & Dispatch. Once you have decided what customers can book, when, and where, Assignment Rules decide who on your team receives each pickup or delivery job. Each rule looks at the booking's business unit, weekday, time, and area, and routes it to one person. Set up a few rules and your team stops handing out jobs by hand.
