Markets & Locations
In this chapter
Markets & Locations is where you record which countries your business runs in and which cities you serve. A market is a country, and it holds the currency, language, dial code, and numbering prefix used for every order and invoice in that country. A location is a city inside a market, and it sets the map center and coverage area used for delivery and dispatch. Most shops only need one market and one location, set up during onboarding. The articles below explain how markets and locations work, then walk you through adding each one.
