Custom Zones

In this chapter

Custom Zones are the building block your shop uses to describe where it operates. You draw or pick an area once on the map, give it a name, and that zone becomes available everywhere geography matters: which areas a business unit covers, which time slots are offered in which neighborhoods, and which worker gets auto-assigned to a booking. Without at least one zone, area-based settings have nothing to choose from. Most shops set up a small set of zones during onboarding and rarely change them after.
