Fill your cleaners' week and keep your weekly customers
Customers book a cleaning online, by the hour or by home size, in a time window your cleaners can keep. Weekly and fortnightly customers are booked again for you, and every visit, payment and rating stays on the customer's record.
Why operators switch
Home cleaning gets messy when bookings, cleaners and regulars live in chat
Bookings arrive on WhatsApp, the roster sits in a group chat, and weekly customers depend on someone remembering to book them again.
Every booking starts with questions
How big is the home, how many hours, how does the cleaner get in, are there pets? Each answer is chased before the visit can be priced and planned.
Time windows get overbooked
A deep clean needs three cleaners and a 3-hour visit needs one, but a simple booking count treats them the same, so the team is double-booked.
Regulars slip and late cancellations cost you
Weekly customers drop off when nobody books the next visit, and a cancellation the night before leaves a cleaner idle with nothing charged.
How it works
How the work flows, end to end
Each step below is one product. A larger operation runs all of them on one order record; a smaller one starts with the first few and adds the rest later.
Online booking
Customers book the cleaning, the home size and a time
Choose Home Cleaning when you sign up, and EasyBiz starts you with the cleanings Singapore customers book, with starter prices you change to yours. Customers book on your Online Store and answer the questions your cleaner needs.
- General Cleaning by the hour, at least 3 hours, with its own hourly price for one-time, weekly and fortnightly visits
- Deep, Move In / Move Out and Post-Renovation Cleaning priced by home size, from a 2-room HDB to a landed home
- "How will the cleaner get in?" and "Any pets at home?" asked at booking
- Customers can save a card that is charged after the visit, once you connect online payments
Cleaners and time windows
Take only the bookings your cleaners can cover
Set your time windows, such as 8 to 12, 1 to 5 and 6 to 10, and how many cleaners you have in each. Every home size knows its crew and hours, so a big deep clean takes more places than a 3-hour visit, and the window closes when your team is full.
- Daily booking limits counted in cleaners, not in bookings
- The crew and hours for each home size, set on your price list
- Bookings only in the areas you serve
- A different surcharge on public holidays, with the coming Singapore holidays ticked for you
Weekly customers
Weekly and fortnightly customers are booked again for you
A customer who books the weekly or fortnightly price online gets a repeat. Each next visit is booked on the same day and time, priced from your current price list, and goes to the same cleaner.
- Weekly and fortnightly hourly prices that cost less than one-time
- Customers skip a visit, stop, or change the address and time on their Repeat orders page
- Each visit paid with the saved card or store credit the customer chose
- Prepaid packages (beta): sell cleaning hours upfront, and each booking they cover costs nothing
Quotes, fees and reviews
Quote the big homes, charge for late cancellations, and ask for reviews
The largest homes are booked at a price on request: your office sends the quote, and the customer accepts or declines it online. If a customer cancels late or the cleaner can't get in, you close the order with your fee. After the visit, customers rate it and get your Google review link.
- Quotes customers accept or decline on their order page, where they can also add photos of the rooms
- A late cancellation fee within 12, 24, 48 or 72 hours of the visit, and a lockout fee when the cleaner can't get in
- A saved card is charged the fee, and the rest of the order isn't charged
- Star ratings after each visit, with your Google review link for everyone who rates

FAQ
Common questions from Home Cleaning operators
Can customers book weekly cleaning online?
Yes. Give General Cleaning a weekly and a fortnightly hourly price. A customer who books one gets a repeat: each next visit is booked for them on the same day and time, priced from your price list, and goes to the same cleaner. They can skip a visit or stop on their Repeat orders page.
How do you stop us overbooking our cleaners?
Each time window has a daily limit: the number of cleaners you have for it. Each booking takes as many places as its home size needs, so a deep clean of a 4-room HDB takes three, and a window that can't fit a booking isn't offered.
Can we charge for late cancellations and lockouts?
Yes. Choose how close to the visit a customer can still cancel for free (12, 24, 48 or 72 hours) and the fee after that, and set a lockout fee for when the cleaner can't get in. Customers see the fee before they cancel, and a saved card is charged it.
How do we price homes above 1,600 sq ft?
Customers book them at a price on request. Your office prices the order and sends the quote, and the customer accepts or declines it on their order page. Accepting confirms the booking.
Can we sell cleaning packages upfront?
Yes, as prepaid packages, in beta. For example, sell 24 hours of General Cleaning paid upfront: each booking it covers uses its hours and costs nothing. Customers see what is left on their orders page.
Can we keep taking bookings on WhatsApp?
Yes. With CRM, your business WhatsApp number becomes one inbox the whole team answers from, linked to each customer's record, and staff book the cleaning for the customer.
