Common questions about Hosting
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, with Pro hosting. Connect it from the site's Hosting settings; your root domain and www count as one site. The domain registration itself stays with your registrar.
Does my Online Store need Hosting?
No. Online Store already includes its own hosting and custom domain, so a store never needs Hosting on top.
Can I host a website built elsewhere?
No. Hosting serves the websites and landing pages your Design Agent makes; uploading an outside website is not supported.
What happens if my subscription or Pro hosting ends?
When Pro hosting ends, the site goes back to its EasyBiz address with the EasyBiz badge. If your EasyBiz subscription ends, visitors see an unavailable page until you renew. Your saved work is kept either way.
Does hosting use my AI balance?
No. The Design Agent's work is paid from your AI balance; hosting never is, and an empty balance never takes a published site offline.
Website hosting
Hosting is only for websites and landing pages made by the Design Agent. Every site starts on Standard hosting; upgrade a site to Pro from its Hosting settings. External website uploads are not supported.
Pro hosting
Pro hosting is not yet available to buy.
