Product / WhatsApp Mini-App

Your customers already message you. Let them book there.

Send a booking form straight into the WhatsApp chat. The customer fills it in without leaving WhatsApp or installing anything, and the booking arrives as a complete order — your services, your options, your bookable time slots, with nothing to type back in.

What a Mini-App can do

The jobs your customers can do themselves, in the chat

A Mini-App is not one booking form. Each one is built from the screens the job needs, so the same product covers the first order, the return trip, a change of plan, the customer's own account, and what they pay with.

Take a new order

Services, address, and a collection slot in one pass. What the customer submits becomes a normal sales order.

Schedule the return

Send it once the work is done and the customer picks their own delivery slot, instead of your team proposing times in the thread.

Move a booking

A customer changes their own pickup or delivery date without messaging you to rearrange it.

Manage their own account

Name, phone, email, and addresses go straight onto a customer record. New customers register themselves, returning ones keep their details current and come back already filled in.

Pay for the order

The customer settles up in the same chat and the payment lands on the order — no separate link to chase, no cash to count at the door.

Spend points and store credit

Balance, points, and rewards sit in the chat, so a customer can see what they have and put it towards the next booking without asking your counter.

New orders

The whole booking happens inside the chat

The form opens on top of the conversation and asks one thing at a time — where, what, and when. Every step here is yours to set: add, remove, and reorder the screens, and edit any label or field. When the customer submits, they are back in the same thread with their booking confirmed.

  • Customers choose from the same services and options your counter and your website sell, priced the same way.

  • Address, service, date, and time slot are collected step by step, so a booking finishes in under a minute instead of a fifteen-minute exchange.

  • Add, remove, and reorder the screens — both trips in one form when you can quote a turnaround, or the collection alone when the return is arranged after the job is priced.

  • The form runs inside WhatsApp. There is nothing to download and no account to create before a customer can book.

Sending

One tap from the conversation you are already in

Mini-Apps are sent from the shared WhatsApp inbox in the console. Attach the form the way you would attach a photo, or put it behind a quick-reply template so everyone on the team sends the same one.

  • Pick the form from the composer and send it into the open conversation without leaving the thread.

  • Link a form to a quick-reply template and send it with a slash and one tap.

  • Forms are set up once for the business, so a new staff member does not have to know which questions to ask.

  • The request, the submitted booking, and the follow-up all sit in one conversation on the customer's record.

Customer details

Customers keep their own record up to date

The contact and address screens write straight to the customer record. A new customer registers themselves, and someone who has ordered before opens a form that is already filled in.

  • Name, phone, email, and company name land on a customer record the moment the form is submitted — no walk-in slip to type up afterwards.

  • The customer enters a postal code and the address is looked up and filled in, so what reaches your driver is an address they can actually find.

  • An address stays on the customer's record, so their next booking starts from the one they used last time instead of being retyped.

  • A house move or a new phone number is the customer's own edit, not a message someone on your team has to action.

Existing orders

Dates change without a single phone call

Two of the forms work on an order that already exists. Send the delivery form once the work is done and the customer picks their own return slot; send the reschedule form when plans change and they move the booking themselves.

  • Once the job is finished, the customer chooses a delivery date and time from what you can actually serve, instead of your team proposing times in the thread.

  • The reschedule form moves an existing pickup or delivery to a new date and time without anyone rearranging it by hand.

  • A delivery form updates the existing sales order rather than opening a second one, so the job and its history stay together.

  • Both forms read the same slots and capacity as a new booking, so a customer cannot move a job into a day you cannot run.

After the submission

The booking lands where your team already works

A pickup form creates a new sales order; a delivery form updates the one that already exists. Either way it is an ordinary platform order — ready for production, dispatch, and invoicing without anyone copying it across.

  • Submissions become platform orders in the order dashboard, with the services, address, and times the customer chose.

  • The booking attaches to the customer your counter, your chat, and your other channels already use — not a second list.

  • Because it is a normal order, the customer's points, prepaid store credit, and member price resolve the same way they do at the counter.

  • The order moves on into production, pickup, and delivery scheduling with the rest of the day's work.

Booking rules

Customers are only offered what you can actually serve

Every form books against the same service areas, time slots, and fulfilment options as your other channels. Set them once in the console and no form will offer anything outside them.

  • Map-drawn service areas per service, each with its own minimum order. An address outside them stops in the form.

  • Time slots with weekday and daily capacity limits, scoped by area, so a slot your team cannot service reads full.

  • Offer only the fulfilment you do — collection from the customer, delivery back, an on-site visit — each with its own turnaround options.

  • The same rules govern WhatsApp, your website, and your app, so there is no second schedule to keep in step.

Building the forms

Start from a template for the job you actually take

Ready-made forms cover each of the jobs above, and a blank Mini-App is there when none of them fit. Every screen, field, button, and label is yours to edit, with a live preview beside the settings.

  • Pickup and delivery in one booking, pickup only, delivery of a finished order, a reschedule, or a plain customer sign-up.

  • Add contact, address, service, pickup, and delivery screens in the order the job needs, or start from a blank one and build your own.

  • The preview updates as you change a screen, so the form is checked as it is built rather than after it is published.

  • A form goes live on your number when you publish it, and stays editable afterwards.

FAQ

Common questions about WhatsApp Mini-App

Does my customer need to install anything?

No. The form opens inside WhatsApp itself. There is nothing to download, no account to create, and no website to be sent to — if a customer has WhatsApp, they can book.

What do I need before I can send a Mini-App?

A WhatsApp Business account connected to EasyBiz Cloud. That connection is what lets a Mini-App appear as an interactive message in your customers' chats. Once it is in place, the forms are set up from Settings under Sales Channels.

Is it billed per mini-app or per submission?

Neither. It is billed per connected WhatsApp Business number, and that number carries unlimited mini-apps and unlimited submissions. Building a second form for a different kind of job costs nothing extra.

Does a second country need a MAX agreement?

Not for WhatsApp. A WhatsApp Business number is bound to one country, so a second country simply means a second number at list price rather than a multi-market agreement.

Do customers get order updates in the same chat?

Not yet. Today the Mini-App covers taking the booking, and your team replies in the thread as they would normally. Pushing order status back into the same conversation automatically is planned, not built.

Can a customer change a booking they already made?

Yes, with the reschedule form. It lets a customer move an existing pickup or delivery to a new date and time themselves instead of messaging to rearrange it.

Can I build a form that is not one of the templates?

Yes. A blank Mini-App starts from scratch, and every template can be rebuilt screen by screen — the templates are a starting point, not a limit.

Do I need the Online Store or the Mobile App to use this?

No. WhatsApp Mini-App is its own product with its own price, and it works on its own. Businesses that run all three get the same catalogue, customers, and booking rules across every one of them.

Where do the bookings go?

Into your order dashboard as normal orders. A pickup form creates a new sales order and a delivery form updates the existing one, so the chat, the order, and the job stay connected.
