A designer-grade website that books, sells, and gets paid

AI designs and writes a bespoke site from your own services, prices, and hours — for your trade, not assembled from a template. Booking, checkout, card and online QR payment, customer accounts, receipts, and loyalty come built in, and every order arrives in one place your team can work from.

What you get

Everything a customer needs to buy from you

The site is generated for your business, and the ordering, booking, payment, account, and loyalty behind it come with it — not as add-ons you go looking for later.

Bespoke design

AI writes and designs the whole site from your own services, prices, hours, and photos — not a template with your logo dropped into it.

Ordering

Your services, their options, and their prices, ordered through a guided flow whose steps you choose.

Booking

Areas, days, slots and notice periods you set once, so customers are only offered what you can actually serve.

Payment

Card and online QR payment at checkout, or a payment link when the price is only known after the work.

Customer account

Customers sign in, see where their orders have got to, and start the next one without calling you.

Loyalty

Points, prepaid store credit, and member prices — one balance per customer, on every channel you sell through.

Bespoke design

A site designed for your business, not picked from a theme

Talk to our AI designer about what your business does. What comes back is a finished site — the copy written, your services and prices laid out, and a design chosen for your trade. No theme to pick, no blank page to fill.

  • The layout, wording, typography, and colour are generated for your business — and every section, line, image, and colour can be changed by asking.

  • The same site lays itself out for a phone, a tablet, and a desktop. Check all three, in light and dark, before it goes live.

  • Booking, ordering, checkout, and customer accounts run inside the site itself, so a visitor never gets handed off to somewhere else to buy.

  • Every page is published as static files served from a global edge network, with your business details marked up for search engines and a sitemap kept current.

Ordering

An order that takes a minute, with the steps you choose

Address, services, times, details, confirm — a short guided flow a customer finishes in one sitting. The steps come from a registry rather than a fixed checkout, so you decide which ones run, in what order, and what each one asks.

  • Turn steps on or off and set their order — items, service options, address, time slot, photos, review.

  • Customers pick from your own services, options, and prices, photographed and priced the way you sell them.

  • Each step decides what it collects — quantities, item notes, photos — so an order arrives ready to work on instead of needing a call to complete.

  • The review step shows the services, the times, and the address, so a customer confirms the job you are actually going to do.

Booking

Customers only ever see what you can actually serve

Service areas, open days, slots and their capacity, how much notice you need, and how far ahead a customer may book — set once, and the storefront offers nothing outside them.

  • Set the areas you serve. An address outside them stops in the flow instead of becoming a job you have to turn down.

  • Choose the days you take work and the slots inside them, each with the number of jobs it can hold.

  • A notice period keeps the next hour off the list, and a booking window decides how far ahead a customer can go.

  • Offer only the fulfilment you do — collection from the customer, delivery back, a service visit, or collection in store.

Payment

Get paid online, even when the price comes later

Card and online QR payment at checkout, on the same gateway your counter uses. You decide which methods appear online, and when the price is only known after the job, you send a link instead.

  • Take card and QR payments from the website, with the money settling into your own payment account.

  • Turn methods on and off for the storefront — card, QR payment, pay on collection, store credit.

  • Send a payment link or a payment QR once the load is weighed or the job has been quoted.

  • An online payment lands on the order your team is working from, so the counter is not reconciling two systems.

Customer account

Customers can answer their own "is it ready?"

A signed-in customer is the same customer your team already knows. They can see their orders and where each one has got to, their documents arrive on their own, and their next order asks for none of the details they have already given you.

  • Signing in resolves to the customer record your counter, your chat, and your orders already use — not a second list to reconcile.

  • Customers see their own order history and where each order has got to, read from the same status your team is working from.

  • Order confirmation and receipt go out on your own template when an online order is placed and paid.

  • A returning customer's name, phone and saved address come from their own record, so an order placed signed in skips straight past the details you already hold.

Loyalty

Reasons to come back, not just to buy once

Points, prepaid store credit, and member prices work the same online as they do at the counter — one balance per customer, wherever they buy.

  • Customers earn on what they spend and redeem it against the next order.

  • Customers top up a balance and spend it at checkout — money in advance for you, and a reason to come back for them.

  • Members see their own price on the same catalogue, with no second price list to keep up to date.

  • Earned and spent on the website, in the app, in chat, and at the counter — the same balance in all of them.

FAQ

Common questions about Online Store

Do I need to know how to build a website?

No. You describe your business in a chat and the AI helper drafts the first version for you. You can then ask the AI to change sections, or edit the wording yourself — no code, no drag and drop.

Can customers start orders and bookings online?

Yes. Customers can use your online customer surface to browse, start an order, or choose a booking option, depending on how your EasyBiz Cloud setup is configured.

How do I stop customers from booking when we are closed?

Set the notice period, how far ahead customers can book, which areas you serve, and when a booking may be changed. Customers only ever see the options you configured. Note this works from your rules, not from your team's live workload — it will not stop bookings because a particular day is already busy.

Can customers see order history?

Yes. A customer account carries their order and booking history, so a returning customer can pick up where they left off instead of retyping their details.

Can I add my own domain?

Yes. You can request custom-domain setup in the console, use the CNAME details shown there, and keep the assigned EasyBiz link live while the domain is activated.

Can I change the website after it goes live?

Yes. You can preview changes on desktop, tablet, and mobile before publishing. Every published version is saved, so you can restore an earlier one if a change does not feel right.

Can I get a branded mobile app for my customers?

Yes. Mobile App is its own product, published under your name to the App Store and Google Play. You can buy it on its own or alongside the customer website — neither one requires the other. Building and submitting the app takes a day once your developer accounts are open, and Apple and Google charge their own developer account fees directly.

Do I need the website to get the app, or the other way round?

Neither. They are two separate products with two separate prices. Both include online ordering, checkout, customer accounts, and order history in the base price, so whichever one you buy is complete on its own.

Will this work with my counter orders?

Yes. Online Store is built to work alongside Point of Sale, Field Service, and the customer records you already keep in EasyBiz Cloud.
