No. A POS location covers unlimited counter staff, who sign in with a clock-in PIN and hold no seat at all. The same PIN signs them in on the EasyBiz POS app on a phone paired with the counter till, so shop-floor work like check-in, check-out and photo capture is covered by the location too. You pay a seat only for someone working in the back office — orders, scheduling, dispatch, invoices, contacts, reports and settings.
Is Point of Sale billed per till or per shop?
Per shop. One POS location covers that counter however many tills or devices you run there, and counter staff at the location are unlimited and carry no seat.
Is there a limit on how many orders a POS location can take?
No. There are no order limits and no per-order fee, under fair use. A POS location is billed for the counter rather than for how busy it gets, so a busy month at the till costs the same as a quiet one.
Can one shop be on Professional while my other shops stay on Standard?
No. The POS tier is account-wide: every location runs the same tier, so upgrading reprices all of them, and a new location joins your account's current tier. A first location starts on Standard.
Does upgrading POS to Professional make my team's seats more expensive?
No. Point of Sale is priced per location and does not move the Full seat rate. Only Sales, CRM, Production and Field Service change what a seat costs.
Is there a base platform fee?
No. There is no account fee, no setup fee and no minimum, so switching a product on costs nothing beyond its listed price. One tier in the whole lineup adds a flat monthly charge on top of its listed price — Production Professional, at SGD 350/mo for the routing, capacity and ETA engine that runs for the whole business rather than per person. It bundles no seats. Everything else is exactly the price on its card.
What does paying annually save?
An annual commitment is discounted against the monthly list price, and the discount applies to every price on this page. Use the Monthly and Annual toggle to see both figures before you decide.
Are WhatsApp, SMS and payment fees included?
They are not included, and they are not marked up either. Provider charges for WhatsApp, SMS, email and payment processing are pass-through: they are billed by volume and paid to the provider rather than to EasyBiz.
What is EasyBiz MAX?
MAX is the EasyBiz plan for complex operations. The products you run stay the same; what changes is that the whole account moves onto one agreement, quoted for the scale you operate at rather than bought self-serve, and covering guided onboarding, a named account manager and priority support. Many locations, a large team, several brands or more than one market are the usual reasons a business moves to it. Agreements start at SGD 2,500 a month and are quoted from there — tell us how you operate and we will price it.
EasyBiz MAX
EasyBiz MAX is our contract pricing for larger operations — an account-wide agreement quoted alongside your products rather than replacing them. Running in more than one market is one of the capabilities it covers.
Starting atSGD2,500/mo
That is the starting point, not a flat fee — your agreement is quoted on what you run.
