The brief
A conversation, not a blank page
You answer a short brief in your own words — what the business does, who it is for, what makes it different. The Design Agent reads that alongside your catalogue, your opening hours and your brand, so it starts with the facts rather than asking you to type them again.

A landing page is a single page with one job — a seasonal offer, a new service, a campaign you are paying for clicks on. It is written from the same brief and brand as your site, published on its own address, and its Book now button opens your Online Store, so the click becomes an order instead of a visit.

AI balance
One shared AI balance, spent on delivered work
The Design Agent's work is free during beta. At paid launch, businesses top up a shared SGD AI balance. Payments add equal spendable value, tax inclusive. No subscription, automatic reload or postpaid overage is required. Manual editing and publishing never draw on the balance, and hosting is a separate product.

Common questions about Design Agent
What can the Design Agent make today?
Websites, landing pages, images and short videos are available during beta, subject to usage limits. Images include logos, photographs, illustrations and posters. Refine images and videos through follow-up instructions. The console only starts paid work for enabled output types.
Do I need to know how to build a website?
No. You describe your business in a chat and the Design Agent drafts the first version for you. You can then ask it to change sections, or edit the wording yourself — no code, no drag and drop.
What is the difference between this and the Online Store?
The Design Agent makes marketing — a website, landing pages, posters — written and designed for your trade. Online Store is your customers' booking app: services, slots, checkout, accounts and order history on its own web address, built and maintained by EasyBiz and dressed in your brand profile. They are separate products with separate prices, and a site the Design Agent makes needs no Online Store licence. Many businesses run both: the site and the landing pages tell the story, and their Book now buttons open the store.
Can I change the site after it goes live?
Yes. You can preview changes on desktop, tablet, and mobile before publishing. Every published version is saved, so you can restore an earlier one if a change does not feel right.
Can I add my own domain?
Yes, with Pro hosting from the separate Hosting product: S$19 per site per month, or S$182.40 billed annually (20% off), before tax, for a custom domain, branding removal and traffic analytics. Root and www count as one site; domain registration is separate. Pro hosting is in beta and not yet purchasable.
Does keeping a site online use AI balance?
No. The AI balance pays only for the Design Agent's delivered work. Manual editing and publishing stay available without it, and Standard hosting on your EasyBiz address is free with any EasyBiz subscription.
Where do the pictures come from?
From your own photos where you have them, and from licensed photography chosen for your trade where you do not. You can upload your own at any point and ask for a picture to be swapped.
