No. Your team holds one Full seat per person, and it covers every product on your account. Someone working in Sales and CRM holds one seat, not two, and an office manager and a driver hold the same seat at the same rate. What each person can actually reach is set by their permissions, not by buying more seats.

No. Every Full seat on an account sits at the same tier, so two people on Professional and eight on Standard is not purchasable.

Only the four products priced by the Full seat: Sales, CRM, Production and Field Service. Moving any of those to Professional moves every Full seat to the Professional rate. Products priced per location, site, brand, phone number or business leave your seat rate alone — upgrading Point of Sale to Professional, for example, does not change what your team costs.

No — a driver on Standard costs the same as anyone else on Standard. One rate per person is what keeps the bill honest for a small team where the same person drives, takes orders and does the admin.

No. Service areas, zones and per-city capacity are part of Field Service Professional, and it is priced per person, not per city — a second or third city costs you whatever the people working it cost. There is no base fee and no per-area charge at either tier.

No. There is no account fee, no setup fee and no minimum, so switching a product on costs nothing beyond its listed price. One tier in the whole lineup adds a flat monthly charge on top of its listed price — Production Professional, at SGD 350/mo for the routing, capacity and ETA engine that runs for the whole business rather than per person. It bundles no seats. Everything else is exactly the price on its card.

They are not included, and they are not marked up either. Provider charges for WhatsApp, SMS, email and payment processing are pass-through: they are billed by volume and paid to the provider rather than to EasyBiz.
