Statuses That Advance Themselves

Set the events that move an order forward, and it advances as the work happens — plus a payments table and customer payment proof upload.

What's in this update

Updating a status by hand is work that adds nothing. Statuses can now advance from the events that already happen as the work is done.

Advance on an Event

Choose which events move an order to the next status, so completing a procedure updates the order without a second action.

Payments across your business appear in one table you can filter and sort, which is where reconciliation starts.

For bank transfers and manual PayNow, customers upload proof of payment against the order, so it is attached rather than sitting in an inbox.
