WhatsApp Forms That Create Real Orders

A form a customer fills in inside WhatsApp can now create the order, save the address and book the pickup — no re-keying at your end.

What's in this update

A form is only worth sending if what comes back does something. WhatsApp Flows now connect directly to the actions behind them.

The Form Creates the Order

A submitted flow creates the sales order or logistics job directly, so nothing has to be copied from a chat into the system.

Contact details and the address are saved against the customer as part of the same submission, ready for the next booking.

The slots offered inside the form come from your live booking options, so a customer cannot pick a time you cannot service.
