What's in this update

Three small things that each remove a manual step at the end of a job: knowing who was on shift, recording the handover, and asking for the money.

Clock In at the Counter

Staff clock in and out at the POS under their own identity, so takings and actions are attributable to a shift.

Fulfilment is confirmed as an explicit step, which is what separates “ready” from “actually collected”.

Collection notices and payment reminders send directly from the order, so chasing is one action rather than a copy-paste into WhatsApp.
