Checkpoint Scanning with QR and NFC

Set up checkpoints that staff scan as items move through your building, using a QR code or an NFC tag — whichever survives your process.

Knowing where an item is depends on someone recording it as it moves. Checkpoints make that a scan rather than a data entry task.

QR Codes or NFC Tags

Scan with a QR code or tap an NFC tag — useful when items go through water, heat or handling that a printed code will not survive.

A checkpoint can process automatically on scan or wait for confirmation, depending on whether the step needs a person’s judgement.

Success and error sounds mean staff can work at pace and still know when something did not register.
